$15–50 per session. The electricity costs you a couple bucks — or nothing, if it's your solar surplus.
Every session is confirmed by a real person (that's me — I'm local). Both sides sign a simple agreement. Daytime sessions only. Hosts approve every guest.

Is this legal?+
Daytime parking on private property with the owner's permission — yes. We check each city's rules before listing a host.
Can I sleep there overnight?+
Not yet. Daytime sessions only for now — join the list and we'll tell you when overnight spots open.
What does it cost hosts?+
Nothing. We take 20% of each session; you keep the rest.
What about insurance?+
Both parties sign a liability agreement, and we walk hosts through one question to ask their insurance agent.
